Green is Furniture
During a residency at 37Pk’s guest studio I explored various modes of spending time in a self-built domestic environment resembling a living room, resulting in a performative installation where furniture pieces stood as sculptural follies: a secret hierarchy and symbiosis between human, furniture, and plant. The installation was on show at 37PK’s art space in Haarlem (NL) during September-November 2024. During the residency, I developed a plant-pulp zine, ‘Plant by Plants’, which is available from my webshop.
